This training is intended for individuals wishing to take on the role of process leader and lead audit teams within quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems.

The core focus of the training is the intensive integration of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards with practical exercises, as well as with auditing best practices. Particular emphasis is placed on the roles, responsibilities, authorities, and competencies of individuals managing the audit process and taking responsibility for its outcomes.

Training Programme

  1. Introduction

Requirements of management standards: ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems,

  1. ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
  2. Audit: Types and levels / Objectives and criteria / Principles of auditing / Audit program / Criteria, scope, and objectives of the audit / Risks in auditing / Determining audit resources
  3. Auditor competencies: Knowledge and skills / Personal attributes / Acquiring and assessing auditor competencies
  4. Initiating and planning the audit
  5. Audit working documents
  6. Conducting audit activities and actions (using levels of interaction between auditor and auditees)
  7. Audit findings and reporting results
  8. Post-audit actions and the auditor’s role in monitoring them

The course concludes with a final exam. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate entitled Internal Auditor of the Integrated Management System.

 

This training is designed for individuals coordinating management systems, inter-process connections, audit execution, and planning-supervisory functions based on the ISO 9001 standard and/or related standards.

The course concludes with a competency test and the awarding of a certificate.

This training is intended for candidates wishing to take on the role of internal auditors (first-party) within an Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Upon passing the final test, participants receive a certificate granting the title Internal Auditor – OHS Management System.
